  • In this workshop you will learn the process of Decoupage on Wooden Easter Eggs.   This fine craft goes all the way back to Siberia in ancient times, later moving to China, then with French and Florentine followers.  It is a series of cutting out paper and adhering it through a gluing and varnishing process to hard objects like wood, and natural things like sea shells and gourds.  It is only limited to the beauty of the paper designs, and is often embellished with gold or silver leaf, beading, fresh pressed flowers and other botanicals.  Eufenia will take you through the simple process of cutting, pasting, smoothing and shining up the eggs; making these amazing to look at treasures to keep or to share.  Just a wonderful skill to have for a lifetime !
