These flowers are remarkable little sculptures in their own right. When folks see them in person, they are amazed at their life like quality. In this class we will trace, cut and shape the Lily petals, sepals from fimo clay and paint, and leaves using professional quality crepe paper, wire and any media that will add realism to our creations. We will then assemble the flowers, sepals and leaves using glue, floral wire, and floral tape. In a few short hours, you will have created a thing of beauty that will last. This is truly a unique and valuable skill, and can lead to years of beauty and creativity for you and anyone who learns it.
Have your GPS take you to 101 West Rodney French Blvd. in New Bedford. (Kilburn Mill is 101 through 127 W. Rodney French) Once you see a sign on the right for GLOBE FURNITURE, please park right away on the street, if you enter at the other end of the building, you may wander the building for all eternity without finding us !! If you follow these directions, you will find us easily. You'll see our YELLOW sign above the ORANGE rimmed door please enter there and go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs...follow small yellow signs for NBACE. We're right around the corner behind the mural !!
