Paper Quilling~Tree Ornaments or Snowflakes
These are Exquisite ! They would make a spectacular gift, or keep it from year to year. Quilling is a lovely filigreed paper art done by curling paper with a pin tool (or a quill) and creating filigreed designs. Craft one of these gorgeous ornamental designs or invent your own. A 15th century art of France and Italy used first by nuns to embellish religious objects, it has had a resurgence, and well it should as it is a lovely decorative art. Come and make your first quilled ornament to hang or frame it in a delightful shadowbox. Soon, you'll make every one and be designing your own ! The sky is the limit on the wonder you can create with this simple yet amazing skill.
