  • Mnemonics (Greek): Mental devices used to assist and enhance memory.  Did you forget your shopping list again, or to stop at the pharmacy or bank on the way home?  Panic no more.  You have more control over your memory than you think.  Your mind, yes, yours, with very little effort, and actual fun, can learn once and for all how to memorize lists of up to 20 items or more !!  You will seriously never have to write a list again, and realize that writing down everything actually stops you from working that memory activation mode in your brain.  It’s fun and astounding, you will be immediately impressed with yourself !  If I can do it, you can do it !  We’ll use simple, fun and entertaining “tricks” and procedures to bring this new, life-long habit into action.  You will be shocked and amazed at how easily what I will teach you works !!  Please eat a little something before you come or grab a snack and water for the class.  Please bring a simple notebook and pen.
