Resin "Agate" Coasters
You'll have boasting rights everytime someone uses these beautiful faux Agate Resin Coasters !! In this 2 hour workshop, you will make two coasters, learning to mix the resin, add dyes, manipulate patterns and add gold leaf, use molds, and finish with gold or silver paint. You'll soon be on your way to creating endless objects and gifts for years to come. Drying time will vary. You may have to pick up next day, or we can maybe drop off. They're well worth it !
Carolyn is a South Dartmouth native with extensive experience in all things art and craft related. Carolyn is a lifelong crafter, she has gone through decades of trends as well as the classics within crafting and selling her wares at fairs and trade shows. She is the former owner of several restaurants, day cares and boutiques, and is curently the owner of Artistic Design Originals where she makes and sells her creations. She is also currently a teaching assistant at Quinn Elementary in Dartmouth, and is co-owner of The All American Lazer Works !! There is no moss on this girl...unless she put it there with a glue gun!!
Have your GPS take you to 101 West Rodney French Blvd. in New Bedford. Once you see the sign for GLOBE FURNITURE, start to look for street parking. We are the building right after the school bus lot on the right. You'll see an ORANGE rimmed door with our big yellow sign over it ...enter there and go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs...follow small yellow signs for NBACE. We're right around the corner behind the mural !!
